We maintained our relationship with Maury Plowing Services.

We need a resident, possibly to join the board, to give the occasional call to Gary for those times when a second plow trip is needed.

We believe it’s time to add gravel to our roads, and raise the middle so water drains off properly. Our roads totaling 1.2 Miles. First quote was near $28,000. Funding this will be a challenge.

We’ve contacted the road commission requesting they add gravel to our road entrances to minimize the dip between our roads and their roads.

The beach will get more sand this spring. The dock was replaced in 2024. The gate has a combination lock for use by members ONLY. Contact the board for the combination. Trespassing and liter complaints are high. A camera is being planned for reporting trespassing.

The lake-front owners paid for selective Lili Pad treatment last fall. We are anticipating a reduced Lili Pad quantity this spring-summer.

Dues remain $90 for your 1st lot. And $70 per additional lot. Payments are due each July.

Our member’s past-due amount exceeds $25,000. We have law firm reviewing our by-laws. We hope to begin a legal collection process.

Hewitt Lake-Stag’s Head POA has adopted a 2 Mile section of 210th Avenue. The signs were installed in March.

The North Crest entrance
